Dan Mitchell of the Cato Institute takes apart Austan Goolsbee's ludicrous pro-tax increase video from a week or two ago. As is the norm for these Center for Freedom and Prosperity videos, take the time to pause and backtrack when necessary to keep up with the statistics and studies that back up what Mitchell is talking about.
