Don't have to be big to be corrupt: Ex-Alderman Parrillo

Chicago politics are so twisted and mangled and confused it is a shock this city is only half a billion dollars in debt. In the '60s there was an alderman named Don Parrillo. This man may be the most corrupt politician in Chicago, and that is saying a ton. Harold Washington looks like a good man compared to him.

So what does any aging, corrupt and power-hungry politician want? A book deal of course.
