Wow. This underhanded taxation is the kind of thing that will go completely unnoticed by the masses until it's too late to do anything about it. I constantly marvel and wonder at how we've gotten to a place where there is so little accountability, honesty, and - quite frankly - so little TALENT in congress. I'm torn between thinking we deserve this mess and wondering how, if ever, it can be fixed.
